As we continue to plan the pathway to reopen schools, we would like to get feedback from parents with students in Transitional Kindergarten - 5th grade. As we plan for middle school’s reopening, we will reach out to middle school families at that time.

More than 500,000 people receive food from Second Harvest Food Bank monthly in our community. This is more than double the amount served prior to the pandemic. The Moreland community has generously supported Second Harvest for many years. In order to keep people safe, at this time only virtual donations are being accepted.

The deadline for submission of a 2020-2021 meal application has been extended to December 31, 2020. It is very important that you complete a new application so that your free/reduced status is updated before January 1, 2021. Applications are available on the district website. Paper copies of the applications are available in the school office or cafeteria.

In an effort to better accommodate and support our student’s tech needs the Tech Dept will shift our onsite tech support days to Wednesday afternoons (1pm-3:30pm) at the same sites we had previously for the Thursday support hours. This will start on 11/4/2020 and moving forward

District Office - MMS, Country Lane, Latimer, Baker, EDS students

On the following dates in November we will be following the Conference Schedule. November 12, 13, 16,17,19,20. This means that Kinder will get out of school at 11:35 and 1st through 5th will be dismissed at 1:25. For the 12:55-1:25 school time for students grades 1st through 5th teachers will assign independent work during that time. Wednesday’s follow the current schedule. All conferences will be held by Zoom. Look out for more information from your child’s teacher.
