Superintendent’s Message - October 2021
Dear Moreland Families,
The fall calls out many themes of gratitude, safety, and celebrations in our schools. As Moreland’s Superintendent, I am grateful for the collaboration and care this community shows toward each other. With many reasons to be grateful and show thanks, I appreciate the unique days and months given as an opportunity to honor those who do so much. October 2, 2021, is School Custodian Appreciation Day and the month of October is National Principal Month. I’d like to give a shout out to both of these incredible positions in our schools who do so much behind-the-scenes work to make our schools a safe and nurturing place for students and create the conditions necessary for the excellent learning that takes place in our classrooms.
